Sealed energy-autonomous wireless sensor system.
Create an autonomous sensor network for outdoor or indoor applications, also under harsh conditions. The TE-Power MOTE is resistant against dust and humidity (IP47), and has been tested against automotive-level vibrations and thermal stress.
A leaflet of the » TE-Power MOTE is available as a pdf document (261 KB).

Cost-free, renewable waste heat powers wireless process monitoring which can be leveraged in multiple industries including steel, chemical, food & pharma, oil and gas, pulp & paper, and utilities. Cost of labor, parts and risk is strongly reduced by affordable ubiquitous condition monitoring, while at the same time protecting production and assets against sudden failure.

The TE-Power MOTE /f version is inserted directly into a fluid tubing. It extracts heat very efficiently from the medium flowing through it and sensing its temperature at the same time. This solution eliminates wire harnesses from automotive applications, solar thermal systems, and any other hot media supply (request info for cold fluids, i.e. inverse gradients). Versatile quick-connect SAE tube connectors are available for serial production and easy field retrofit.
