This video shows water condensing on the surface of the cold side of a Micropelt Peltier cooler. The Peltier cooler is pulsed with a current and the temperature on the surface changes accordingly. When the surface temperature drops below a certain critical temperature (temperature of dew point), water condenses. Once the cooling is turned off, the water begins to evaporate again. This is the slower process. The video is in real time.
